Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage end-to-end software development projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with R&D, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Track progress and performance using tools like JIRA and other project management systems.
- Identify and manage project risks, budgets, and reporting to key stakeholders.
- Continuously improve internal Agile processes and project management methodologies.
- Ensure projects align with both business objectives and technical requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software project management – must
- Hands-on expertise in Agile methodologies and JIRA – must
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Experience working with R&D, DevOps, and architecture teams
- Excellent communication skills in professional English – must
- Nice to have: PMP certification and experience working with senior leadership/executives
