REQUIREMENTS
- 5-6 years of IT project management experience, including in large corporate environments
- Proven track record of managing mid- to large-scale and fixed-price projects
- Strong understanding of IT systems, project life cycles, and project financials (profitability, revenue, margins, etc.)
- Proficiency in Scrum
- Experience with SAFe methodology is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with PMBOK and Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with distributed teams and stakeholders
- Independent and proactive working style
- Experience working with enterprise clients and managing stakeholder communication at different levels
- Practical experience with GenAI is a strong advantage
- Advanced English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop full-scale project plans and track project tasks/milestones using appropriate tools
- Effectively analyze and report on project status
- Monitor project budgets (where applicable), ensuring efficient use of the investment
- Confidently remediate at risk or underperforming projects in collaboration with project teams
- Define project success criteria and communicate success criteria throughout the project life cycle
- Conduct lessons learned and produce recommendations for future projects
- Set and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve conflicts within a project team
- Motivate project resources and empower them to take accountability for their assigned tasks
