POSITION
The holder of this position is responsible for delivering complex IT projects within Global Blue. The key responsibilities are to manage the planning, delivery and closure of IT projects. He/She is leading the project team during the full project and is keeping a strong and close collaboration with the project owner and other project stakeholders.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivery and management of projects in time, within the approved budget and in quality
- Manage and guide the internal and external project team members and stakeholders
- Create a clean project documentation and perform regular project status reporting to all stakeholders
- Sustainably resolve project related conflicts in a solution-orientated way
YOUR QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of experience of successfully managing complex and business critical IT-Projects
- Good understanding of heterogeneous IT environments and software development processes
- Excellent organizational, decision making, and problem solving skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English – German appreciated but not mandatory
