Meet the Team:

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead strategic cross-functional projects and initiatives in the EMEA region. Our Program Management team is focused on driving business transformations to support and enable organizational efficiency and growth. Where You Come In:

  • Lead strategic regional and global projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Be an active member of the project management community in the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers.
  • Collaborate with business and functional partners to define project/program requirements.
  • Develop and implement an execution plan based on the project’s scope, timeline, and available resources.
  • Support the execution team in resolving roadblocks and managing interdependencies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Track project outcomes and measure stakeholder satisfaction using established metrics and service levels.

What Makes You Successful:

  • University degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of advanced project management experience in a global organization.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project/Program Management certifications.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to communicate clearly, evaluate information effectively, make informed decisions, anticipate obstacles, and develop plans to resolve issues.
  • A change-oriented mindset that actively seeks process improvements, drives change initiatives, creatively addresses challenging circumstances, balances multiple and competing priorities, and executes tasks efficiently.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience. At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €4,157.92 to €4,891.67 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
