What you'll build
You will manage complex, customer-facing project engagements end-to-end, coordinate across multiple workstreams or delivery phases, and begin to guide team members through delivery challenges. You will serve as a senior delivery partner for assigned customers, handling escalations and driving resolution. To drive the implementation and adoption of SAP and non-SAP solutions, ensuring project success by managing schedules, deliverables, and customer satisfaction, while establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
