About The Role

Lockstep is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex enterprise infrastructure projects from kickoff through closeout for SLED and healthcare clients. This role owns delivery, stakeholder coordination, and customer outcomes across networking, cloud, security, collaboration, and data center initiatives - ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and with lasting client value.

What You’ll Own

• Lead multiple concurrent enterprise infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource coordination.
• Own customer communication, including project updates, risk discussions, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors, procurement, equipment logistics, installations, and customer cutovers.
• Manage project scope, documentation, change control, risks, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project financials, forecasts, and overall project health to support successful and profitable delivery.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, IT services, consulting, MSP, VAR, or technology integration projects.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple complex technical projects simultaneously using structured project, risk, and change management practices.
• Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including networking, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, collaboration, or data center solutions.
• Ability to analyze project performance, financials, forecasting, resource planning, and reporting across multiple engagements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, drive accountability, and maintain trusted customer relationships.

Helpful, But Not Required

• Past engineering skills a plus 
• Experience supporting SLED, K–12, or healthcare customers is preferred.
