We are looking for an experienced, driven, and tech-savvy Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary hybrid cloud initiatives within our Expert Services Group. In this role, you will be the driving force behind end-to-end cloud transformation projects—managing client relationships, coordinating elite engineering squads, keeping budgets and timelines on track, and ensuring the highest technical and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management: Own the delivery of complex hybrid cloud projects—from kickoff and discovery through architecture design, migration execution, and final handover.
- Client & Partners Engagement and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary trusted advisor and point of contact for enterprise clients and partners, managing expectations, communicating progress, and mitigating risks.
- Resource & Capacity Planning: Coordinate cross-functional squads of Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, and System Specialists, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
- Financial & Scope Oversight: Manage project budgets, tracking billable utilization, statements of work (SOWs), change management requests, and profitability margins.
- Technical Synchronization: Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and deep-tech engineering teams, facilitating technical reviews, bottleneck resolution, and architectural alignment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager within a software house, IT professional services, or a cloud vendor environment—with at least 3 years focusing specifically on cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or migration projects.
- Cloud Fluency: Solid understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, environments, and modern paradigms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, IaC, and On-Prem infrastructure integration).
- Methodology Expertise: Proven track record with Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certifications are a strong plus.
- Client-Facing Excellence: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to anticipate risks, pivot quickly under changing technical scopes, and drive engineering teams toward timely resolutions.
- Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent military technological experience
- Tools: Leading Generative AI tools, Excel VBA, Dashboard Design & KPI Metrics, Recourse planning
Skills Required
