As a Senior Project Manager, you'll own complex software implementation projects from planning through go-live, helping clients achieve successful outcomes while navigating competing priorities and evolving needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex enterprise projects by defining scope, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution across cross-functional teams

  • Establish and maintain program governance structures that ensure visibility, accountability, and risk management across initiatives

  • Manage project financials by forecasting, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions to maintain alignment with targets

  • Develop and deliver clear, structured stakeholder communications including executive-level updates and decision support

  • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost while maintaining alignment to business objectives and delivery commitments

  • Strengthen client and stakeholder relationships to support project success and long-term partnership

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, delivery models, and business outcomes based on project results

Qualifications

Required

  • At least 5 years of project management experience leading complex or enterprise initiatives

  • Project Management Professional certification or equivalent

  • Demonstrated ability to make timely decisions that align to business priorities and project constraints

  • Proven ability to manage and balance competing stakeholder needs across multiple teams or functions

  • Experience using project management tools and data to monitor progress and inform decisions

  • Strong communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred

  • At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale or cross-functional programs

  • At least 2 years of experience improving processes or delivery frameworks

  • Experience working with data analysis or reporting tools to support decision making

  • Experience supporting strategic or enterprise-level initiatives

Some travel may be required.
