Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Be the main connection between all relevant business & support functions to align diverse inputs into harmonized outputs and provide holistic guidance on business-steering processes and systems
- Ensure business steering excellence in alignment with organizational goals, support the strategy development and execution by defining targets and supervising the development and execution of comprehensive related strategic project or program plans
- Ensure adequate management reporting for regular senior-level meetings and manage the portfolio risks & issues register
- Guide project teams by outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables and motivate project teams by providing clear direction and support to achieve project or program objectives

Qualification & Skills:
- Academic Master's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven, broad experience in fields relevant for strategic business steering (e.g. product management, market intelligence, strategy, financial planning) and know-how of respective processes, frameworks and tools
- 7+ years of work experience in business-related project or program management roles, demonstrating successful delivery of complex initiatives with strategic horizon
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective conveyance of complex information to diverse stakeholders, especially on executive management level including Board level
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to align project objectives with broader organizational goals
- Proven ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and timelines, high attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation and reporting
- Fluent in English, another European language is a plus
