The Senior Project Manager orchestrates complex, cross-functional projects and programs across domains such as Operations, Finance, HR, Product, Process Engineering, RPA/AI, and Data Solutions. By tailoring Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks and leveraging AI tools, this role drives daily execution to deliver within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining strict governance and RAID management. Acting as a strategic bridge between executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, the Senior PM manages scope dynamically, fosters team alignment, and tracks measurable business KPIs to ensure seamless handoff against formal Proof of Delivery requirements.
What you’ll do
Tailor project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to best fit the unique technical and business constraints of each initiative.
Develop realistic project plans that balance speed with strict quality controls and required governance checkpoints.
Proactively identify, track, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) before they impact project timelines or outcomes.
Leverage AI-powered tools and modern technology platforms to optimize workflows and accelerate execution speed.
Direct daily project execution to consistently deliver within scope, on schedule, and on budget.
Drive project execution in strict alignment with defined, measurable business success criteria and operational KPIs.
Manage scope changes dynamically, ensuring every timeline or budget modification is fully quantified, documented, and formally communicated.
Track and validate the completion of all project outputs against formal Proof of Delivery (POD) requirements.
Maintain fluent, transparent communication with sponsors, leadership, and key stakeholders to unblock issues and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Send status reports highlighting critical action items, decisions, key takeaways, and tangible business impact.
Optimize meeting cadence, enforce strict agendas, ensure targeted attendee participation, and drive high-impact collaboration.
Proactively monitor overall project health to consistently meet or exceed internal quality and performance targets.
Actively gather feedback, build strategic alliances, and turn project detractors into key supporters.
Foster an optimistic, resilient team environment by celebrating wins, recognizing individual contributions, and connecting day-to-day work to the broader business strategy.
Secure final acceptance based on formal Proof of Delivery (POD) criteria and successfully transition project deliverables to operational owners.

What experience you need
BA Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
English Proficiency (BELT B2+ or higher).
+5 years of experience in Project Management using the PMI principles.
+1 year of experience using Scrum.
+3 years experience in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheets, MS Project or similar.
