Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the complete execution of the assigned flagship project from mobilization through final handover, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, project milestones, quality standards, HSE requirements, and commercial objectives. The role requires proven experience delivering large-scale industrial, logistics, warehouse, structural steel, infrastructure, and commercial developments in the UAE under fast-track schedules and stringent client and consultant requirements.

1. Lead project planning and execution from mobilization to final handover.
   
2. Manage multidisciplinary teams including Civil, Structural, Infrastructure, Utilities, MEP, QA/QC, and HSE.
   
3. Interface with the Client, Consultant, Authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
   
4. Lead weekly and monthly progress meetings and prepare executive project progress reports.
   
5. Monitor project progress, budgets, procurement strategy, long-lead items, and resource allocation.
   
6. Drive project recovery plans where required to protect milestones and delivery commitments.
   
7. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, contract requirements, company policies, HSE standards, and quality requirements.
   
8. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
   
9. Review variations, claims, cost control measures, and commercial protection of the company’s contractual position.
   
10. Mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams to strengthen performance and accountability.
    

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
   
2. Minimum 10 years total construction experience.
   
3. Minimum 3 years UAE experience managing large construction projects.
   
4. Experience delivering industrial facilities, logistics centres, warehouses, structural steel, infrastructure, or large commercial developments.
   
5. PMP certification is preferred.
   
6. UAE Driving License is preferred.
