Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic, large-scale client engagements. In this role, you will oversee complex transformation programs while partnering with executive stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.

Beyond traditional project leadership, you will leverage AI-enabled delivery tools, predictive analytics, and automation to improve planning, optimize execution, anticipate risks, and drive smarter delivery decisions. You will also play a key role in mentoring project managers and helping shape the future of delivery excellence at Valiantys.

What you'll do

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

Lead successful project delivery
• Lead complex, strategic projects from initiation to successful completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, and delivery plans with customers and internal teams.
• Keep projects on track by proactively managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Deliver smarter with AI
• Use AI-powered tools to improve project planning, forecasting, reporting, and risk management.
• Leverage data and predictive insights to anticipate challenges and support better decision-making.
• Promote modern, AI-enabled delivery practices across your projects and teams.
Manage multiple engagements
• Oversee several projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment across teams and priorities.
• Support resource planning and capacity management to optimize delivery performance.
• Provide visibility on project health, progress, and potential risks.
Build trusted client relationships
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
• Lead project governance, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Manage escalations effectively and foster long-term partnerships built on trust and successful delivery.
Drive business performance
• Own project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and profitability.
• Monitor project performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Deliver clear, data-driven reporting to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Develop people and delivery excellence
• Mentor Project Managers and support the growth of delivery teams.
• Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
• Champion best practices in project management and AI-enabled delivery.
Improve the way we deliver
• Contribute to the evolution of our delivery methodologies, tools, and governance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve delivery quality.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in project management, AI, and digital transformation.

Your Team

You will report to the Director of Project Management and collaborate closely with:

• Project Managers
• Delivery Consultants
• Technical Delivery teams
• Solution Architects
• Customer Success teams
• Sales and Account Management teams
• Executive client stakeholders

Do you have what it takes?

We're looking for someone who brings both exceptional project leadership and a passion for innovation.

Ideally, you have:

• 8+ years of experience managing complex consulting or technology implementation projects.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong expertise in project governance, financial management, resource planning, and risk management.
• Experience managing executive-level client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity or project management tools to improve delivery effectiveness is highly desirable.
• Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) is highly valued.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
