Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the safe, profitable, and efficient execution of electrical projects while ensuring strong customer and employee satisfaction. This role oversees safety, quality, productivity, and financial performance; supports sales growth; and identifies opportunities for new business. The Senior Project Manager also mentors team members, contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures work aligns with the company’s mission and values.
Location: This role may be based in New Berlin, Mount Pleasant, or Port Washington.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project and Financial Management
- Manage project financials, including costs, billing, collections, and forecasting, to support profitability.
- Monitor accounts receivable and working capital.
- Evaluate project goals against labor, material, and equipment resources; develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
- Manage change orders and pursue additional work opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate manpower, resources, and tools across branches and departments.
Customer Satisfaction and Business Development
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring high-quality service.
- Respond promptly to customer concerns and resolve complaints effectively.
- Survey customers, meet satisfaction rating goals, and follow up on feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Prospect for new leads and develop business opportunities through customer interaction and networking.
Safety, Hazard Recognition, and Elimination
- Pre-plan daily work activities and identify methods to eliminate task-specific hazards.
- Observe work habits and potential hazards, and bring concerns to others’ attention in a constructive manner.
- Uphold safety as the company’s top priority and support the goal of achieving zero accidents.
- Promote open communication between field and office teams regarding safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needs.
- Complete required safety training in accordance with company expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Sciences, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Building Science, or related field), or equivalent experience preferred.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of electrical construction, finance, and project management.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

- Builds effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the company, as well as customers.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in both office and field environments and may require sitting, standing, walking, and traveling to various job sites. Field work may involve exposure to outdoor elements and noise.
