The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives within the Transformation PMO portfolio. The role ensures projects are executed effectively, on time, within scope and budget, while driving measurable business impact and supporting organizational transformation goals.
Unlike a traditional Senior Project Manager focused on the end-to-end delivery of a single initiative, this role provides cross-stream oversight and program-wide coordination, supporting the Head of Transformation in consolidation, reporting and risk analysis.
Key Responsabilities
- Lead and coordinate strategic transformation projects from planning to delivery.
- Drive project governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage cross-functional teams and program-wide deliverables to achieve business objectives.
- Track performance, benefits realization, and support change adoption.
- Oversee transformation data, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Support the Head of Transformation in executing and governing the transformation roadmap.
Requirements
- Strong experience in transformation management or large-scale strategic program coordination.
- Experience managing complex, multi-country and cross functional transformation projects.
- Ability to work across multiple workstreams simultaneously and manage high levels of complexity and ambiguity.
- Experience preparing executive-level reporting, governance documentation, and transformation dashboards.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior leadership exposure.
- Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills in an international context.
- Experience working within structured PMO environments and methodologies.
- English is a must, additional language skills are a plus.
