Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple complex technology workstreams as part of a major, multi-year technology transformation programme.
You will initially focus on managing the technical upgrade of enterprise systems to ensure alignment with Experian Standards, supporting improved resilience, security, scalability, operational performance and future readiness across the technology estate.
A key part of the role will be supporting Identity and Fraud's on-premise infrastructure upgrade programme, ensuring critical infrastructure, platforms and associated services are modernised. You will also play an important role in enabling the continued expansion of the organisation's cloud migration programme, helping to create a more scalable, resilient and future-proof technology environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple complex technology workstreams within a multi-year transformation programme.
- Manage the technical upgrade of enterprise systems.
- Help deliver Identity and Fraud's on-premise infrastructure upgrade roadmap.
- Coordinate infrastructure, platform, application, cloud, security and operational teams
- Ensurre on-premise infrastructure and enterprise systems are appropriately modernised and prepared for transition.
- Maintain project plans, delivery milestones, risks, dependencies and governance reporting.
- Work with senior stakeholders across technology, product, infrastructure, security, risk, compliance, service management and business teams.
- Manage complex technical dependencies across enterprise systems, infrastructure platforms, third-party suppliers and internal delivery teams.
- Provide clear reporting to senior leadership.
- Identify delivery risks and blockers early, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans and escalation routes are in place.
- Ensure change activity is delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines, budget, quality and governance standards.
- Maintain strong project documentation, decision logs, RAID logs, delivery plans and audit trails.
- Support transition into service, ensuring operational teams are prepared for new or upgraded systems and infrastructure.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency and continuous improvement across the programme.
- PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, AgilePM or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience delivering infrastructure upgrade or data centre modernisation programmes.
- Experience supporting cloud migration or hybrid cloud transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology standards, security controls, operational resilience and compliance requirements.
- Experience working in financial services, data, technology, risk, identity, fraud, SaaS, regulated environments or large enterprise organisations.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology standards, security controls, operational resilience and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing third-party technology suppliers or managed service providers.
