Senior Project Manager | FinTech | Cape Town (Hybrid)

The Role:
You will own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent client projects. You are the client's main point of contact. You instil confidence, manage expectations, navigate complexity, and make sure things get done. Fast-paced, high-stakes, and deeply client-facing. What You'll Do:
- Drive concurrent client projects from kickoff to go-live
- Be the primary client contact: build trust, manage expectations, deliver difficult news when needed, and hold the line when it matters
- Identify and get ahead of risks before they become problems
- Collaborate across Product, Design, QA, and Implementation to keep delivery moving
What You Bring:
- Cape Town-based
- Relevant bachelor's degree or BTech (Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering)
- 5+ years of client-facing project management, delivering to external enterprise-level clients
- Proven project delivery in SaaS, digital, or cloud environments
- Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Jira, Confluence, MS Office proficiency
- The ability to be warm, trusted, and firm — sometimes all in the same conversation
Bonus points for asset or wealth management exposure, a consulting background, or a PM certification.

Skills Required
- Must be Cape Town-based
- Relevant bachelor's degree or BTech (Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering)
- 5+ years of client-facing project management delivering to external enterprise-level clients
- Proven project delivery experience in SaaS, digital, or cloud environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
- Strong client-facing interpersonal skills: warm, trusted, and firm
- Asset or wealth management exposure
- Consulting background
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
