This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in office 2-3 days a week(10-12 days a month ) at the following office location: St. Petersburg, FL.

Responsibilities
- Own and lead multiple concurrent medium‑ to large‑scale initiatives, providing end‑to‑end project leadership from initiation through delivery and stabilization.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for project execution, outcomes, and delivery performance, reporting status, risks, and financials directly to executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Define project vision, scope, success criteria, and delivery approach; translate strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Develop, maintain, and govern integrated project and workstream plans, ensuring activities are appropriately sequenced, resourced, and aligned with enterprise project and program management standards.
- Manage annual and monthly project budgets, including forecasting, variance analysis, vendor spend oversight, and financial reporting; proactively identify cost risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify, track, and actively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints across all assigned initiatives; escalate appropriately and drive resolution to protect delivery commitments.
- Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams, including technology, business, vendors, and shared services; manage onboarding and offboarding of resources as project needs evolve.
- Build strong partnerships with business and technology leaders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision‑making.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans, ensuring stakeholders have appropriate visibility, input, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define, track, and report on business benefits realization, ensuring delivered solutions achieve intended outcomes and value.
- Foster a high‑performing delivery culture by coaching and mentoring project team members, promoting best practices, and driving continuous improvement.
Skills
Expert in project planning, execution, and governance, including documentation, status reporting, change control, and audit readiness.
Proven ability to manage complex financials, including budget planning, cost tracking, forecasting, and executive‑level financial reporting.
Strong risk and issue management skills, with the ability to anticipate problems, develop mitigation strategies, and drive decisive action.
Demonstrated experience delivering projects within defined cost, schedule, and quality parameters in a regulated or high‑risk environment.
Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate progress, trade‑offs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Highly organized, outcome‑oriented leader capable of balancing multiple priorities and competing demands.
