Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Senior Project Manager to drive the evolution and delivery of the Total Solutions Analytics Platform, including METRiQ™, the firm’s global analytics platform.
This role sits at the intersection of investment analytics, technology, and product, and is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance, scale, and commercialize the platform. You will partner closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful platform capabilities.
This is a high-visibility role at the center of a strategic platform, offering the opportunity to shape its direction while ensuring disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomes
- Lead multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment across investment, risk, data, operations, and technology teams
- Establish governance frameworks, project plans, and reporting to drive transparency and accountability
- Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage competing priorities to maintain delivery momentum
Strategic Platform Execution
- Partner with product and technology teams to execute against the platform roadmap, with a focus on scalability and client impact
- Translate complex investment and analytics requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
- Support the evolution of METRiQ™ into a scalable, client-facing platform
- Drive platform adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and feedback loops
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the central point of coordination across business and technology teams
- Facilitate alignment and decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders
Analytics & Domain Alignment
