Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager, Retailer Experience and Optimization will lead and oversee projects related to the improvement of brand, experience and profitability of retail locations within the Boost Mobile network. This role requires strong project management skills, deep understanding of retail operations, and the ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders. The primary focus is on enhancing retailer health through strategic projects, ensuring operational efficiency and brand alignment across all revitalized or relocated stores.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple retailer health, remodel, and relocation projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing retail locations to identify areas needing improvement, rehabilitation, or relocation; work with the team to determine the scope and requirements of each project
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (Operations, Real Estate, Merchandising) and external stakeholders (contractors, vendors, retailers)
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles
  • Oversee the planning and execution of store remodels and relocations, including site selection, design, construction, and store setup; ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and brand standards
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports; identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure cost-effectiveness of projects
  • Monitor project performance, analyze data, and generate reports on project progress and outcomes. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Work closely with the BOA III, Retail Brand & Experience, Program Manager II, Retail Brand & Experience, Senior Program Manager - In-Store Experience, and BOM 1 - Retail Brand & Experience to ensure project alignment with overall retail strategy and brand standards
  • Provide guidance and training to retail staff on new store layouts, operational processes, and brand initiatives following remodels or relocations
  • Create clear, compelling, and visually engaging presentations for executive and senior leadership audiences, translating complex data, insights, and initiatives into concise, strategic narratives
  • Support ad-hoc initiatives by developing executive-ready materials, analyses, and recommendations under tight timelines, ensuring accuracy, alignment with business objectives, and leadership-level storytelling
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including leadership meetings, workshops, and cross-functional sessions, managing logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communication to deliver professional, high-impact experiences

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on retail operations, construction, or store development
  • Proven experience in managing retail store remodels and relocations

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of retail operations, construction processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel extensively as needed

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
