The Opportunity
As a Senior Project Manager - RDT Data you will:
Drive Strategic Scope Leadership: Provide expert guidance and strategic direction to define, manage, and champion scope strategies, frameworks, and best practices across complex, high-impact initiatives.

Education & Professional Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Archetype Delivery Experience: Extensive, proven experience operating in a Delivery Management archetype (e.g., Program Manager, Solution Train Engineer, Agile Coach) managing large-scale, complex programs.
Agile Leadership & Change Management: Demonstrated success embedding Agile best practices and leading organizational change initiatives across product lines or domains.
Stakeholder Engagement Skills: A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key senior stakeholders and driving cross-boundary collaboration.
Strategic Business & Technical Acumen: In-depth understanding of market trends and business processes, with the technical ability to shape and execute delivery strategies.
