Stryker is hiring a Senior Project Manager – RAQA (remote) to engage in the execution of the Medical Divisions Quality Plan and Regulatory deliverables for our global business. You will ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of high-profile strategic projects/initiatives which enable global market access and compliance with regulatory requirements across the entire Medical Division. As a member of our Global RAQA Systems team, you will provide leadership and support in our business development and integration activities, divisional quality system deployment and process ownership platform, and collaboration within the RAQAC PMO.

What you will do:

  • Lead and execute multiple projects within the Divisional Quality Plan, especially those related to Environmentally Preferable Purchasing (EPP) and Product Environmental Compliance (PEC), driving results amid demanding timelines and evolving priorities.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across global sites and effectively influence without direct authority.

  • Communicate project updates, priorities, and performance to key stakeholders and leadership through clear, well‑structured presentations, requiring strong verbal communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to ensure alignment and engagement.

  • Apply sound judgment to make informed decisions despite ambiguity, aligning goals with broader organizational objectives.

  • Adapt quickly to changing environments and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

  • Support Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activities, including integration planning, execution of pre/post‑close activities, and improving integration processes.

  • Administer and enhance the Process Ownership Platform, including onboarding and training process owners and facilitating forums.

  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., R&D, RA, Operations, Quality) to develop, deploy, and ensure compliance of divisional quality systems.

What you need

Required

  • Bachelor’s in a Degree required; preferably in Engineering, Science or related focus.

  • Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience with 1+ years of practical project management experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, track, facilitate, and close projects using applicable tools (Gantt, Burn downs, etc.) on time, within budget, and while controlling scope

Preferred

  • Experience in FDA or Highly regulated environment.

  • PMP certification or equivalent.

$102,600.00 to $222,300.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 20%
