The Role
Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite

The Senior Project Manager leads high‑complexity, cross‑functional projects within Endoscopy Regulatory Operations, driving process improvement, Post Market compliance, and lifecycle management. They guide strategically critical programs, facilitate decision‑making, and ensure organizational transparency of progress and outcomes. This hybrid role requires on‑site presence in an Endoscopy BU location; Flower Mound, Texas preferred.

What You Will Do

  • Assemble and lead project teams by assigning responsibilities, identifying required resources, and developing project schedules to ensure on‑time delivery.
  • Capture, document, and validate detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with all stakeholders to clearly establish project deliverables.
  • Estimate, monitor, and manage the project budget throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Drive alignment and a common understanding across stakeholders by setting clear expectations in accordance with the project plan.
  • Lead the identification, assessment, monitoring, mitigation, and closure of project risks.
  • Manage and control project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification and change‑control techniques to maintain an accurate and approved project plan.
  • Enhance team performance by building cohesiveness; leading, influencing, training, mentoring, and motivating team members to ensure efficiency and high morale.
  • Measure and communicate project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies; identify variances, execute corrective actions, and provide updates to all stakeholders.
  • May coordinate the activities of exempt and/or non‑exempt employees.

What You Need

  • BA or BS degree (emphasis in management or related discipline preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of demonstrated project management experience, preferably in Post‑Market Regulatory or a related technical discipline.
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex process or system issues using sound independent judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with mid‑level management.
  • Proven experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
  • Ability to create, interpret, and communicate detailed project proposals, schedules, objectives, and supporting documentation.
  • Proficiency with project record‑keeping and collaboration tools such as PPM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Visio.

Preferred

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
  • ASQ, RAPS, and/or ISO Lead Auditor certifications.
  • Experience formatting deliverables and documentation in alignment with Stryker optimization standards
