Job Description- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 15–18 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in Agile Program/Product Management leading large, geographically distributed teams.
- Extensive experience in Agile, SAFe, and Lean practices, with the ability to drive Agile transformations at scale.
- Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Microservices, and Cloud-Native architectures.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation, DevSecOps, and modern software development practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex, high-risk programs, aligning with business objectives.
