Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through closeout.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
- Coordinate stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor scope, budget, schedule, risks, and quality.
- Prepare executive-level project status reports and presentations.
- Review contracts, change orders, and payment applications.
- Implement project management standards and governance requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting using Procore.
- Mentor junior project managers and support onboarding initiatives.
- Drive issue resolution and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 8+ years of project management experience.
- Experience managing corporate office, government, or mission-critical projects.
- PMP preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
