In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead multiple complex sales‑driven projects and programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to defined business outcomes and customer commitments.
- Partner with sales, engineering, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to scope projects, define objectives, and agree on measurable performance goals.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets to drive on‑time, on‑scope, and on‑budget delivery.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues using structured tools to minimize impact and maximize positive outcomes.
- Apply financial acumen to interpret key financial indicators, support sound decision‑making, and protect project and business performance.

- Engineering background with the ability to apply procedures, standards, and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken, to support regional and global stakeholder engagement.
