Role Summary / PurposeThe Senior Project Manager, PMO is responsible for driving the end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple departments — acting as the connective tissue between business functions to ensure high-priority projects meet ambitious company goals on time and within scope.
3. Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end planning and delivery of complex, multi-departmental projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic priorities.
- Manage critical path dependencies and proactively identify bottlenecks before they impact timelines or project scope.
- Design and implement refined internal workflows that optimize cross-departmental collaboration and increase operational efficiency.
