As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex Finance-focused technology initiatives that span business, product, technology, and vendor teams. This role offers the opportunity to manage large-scale programs from planning through adoption, ensuring projects are delivered with clear governance, financial accountability, and measurable business value.
What You Will Do
- Lead cross-functional Finance technology projects by defining scope, delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, critical paths, release plans, and resource plans to support on-time delivery.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, actuals, resource allocations, and financial risks in partnership with Finance stakeholders.
- Identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation items while providing regular leadership updates.
- Coordinate requirements management, testing readiness, deployment planning, change control, and transition-to-support activities across project teams.
- Facilitate Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery activities, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, release planning, and stage-gate reviews.
- Oversee vendor engagement, statement-of-work alignment, deliverable tracking, and integration of vendor activities into overall project plans.
- Measure and report project outcomes, adoption metrics, financial impact, operational benefits, and post-implementation performance.

- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in project management, program management, technology delivery, or related business functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project/program management certification.
- Experience supporting Finance functions, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting, Finance systems, or Finance transformation initiatives.
- Experience delivering enterprise technology projects using Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with software development lifecycle practices, testing, deployment, change control, and governance processes.
- Experience in product ownership, product management, roadmap delivery, backlog prioritization, or adoption planning.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Planview, Smartsheets, or comparable project and portfolio management platforms.
