The Role

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Sr. Project Manager of Omnichannel Initiatives to lead and coordinate our omnichannel initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of project that bridge our digital and physical customer experiences across field teams, web and digital touchpoints.   You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including field operations, information technology, customer engagement, brand and third-party partners to ensure a seamless integration and delivery of omnichannel solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business results.  

This role reports into the Director Business Partnership within the Omnichannel Center of Excellence

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex omnichannel initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time throughout the integrated technical processes.

Serve as point of contact for coordination of omnichannel initiatives to our partner teams (Development, engineering, UX/UI, analytics, marketing and customer engagement operations teams., etc.) to give visibility on projects progress, plannings, risks, issues, and decisions to be taken.
 

Manage multiple projects with project plans (MS Project), notes/status updates, and effective communication.

Define workstreams and involve all relevant stakeholders to orchestrate the work to be done.
 

Highlight any business requirements requiring new capabilities or technologies; identify solutions and timing. Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and change management processes.

Ensure technical feasibility within set timelines across platforms/systems

Implement and refine project management best practices, tools, and methodologies as needed

Collaborate with third party partners involved in the omnichannel initiatives

Track and report project performance, providing transparency to stakeholders through regular status updates and dashboards

As necessary act as a translator between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and deliverables.

Track activities (Azure DevOps) and deliverables with all key stakeholders, ensuring timely completion and quality output.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.  PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications a plus.
At least 7 years of experience in technical project management, ideally within the customer experience, pharma, omnichannel domains.
Demonstrated success managing omnichannel or customer experience projects involving web, digital and field teams

Strong understanding of system architecture and integrations including APIs, middlewar and data flows.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrixed environment

Excellent project management skills, with expertise in Agile methodologies preferred.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with proven ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Experience with Veeva Vault is a plus.
Experience with agile methodologies.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Experience with planning, strong documentation skills, able to manage themselves and their work.
Experience with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, Visio, Invision, Workfront, Smartsheet, and/or equivalent.
