We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in high-speed environments, bringing deep automotive or performance sports experience and a sharp instinct for brand storytelling. In this role, you'll manage complex international projects, ensuring every detail from concept to execution reflects the precision and energy of elite motorsport. With a collaborative spirit and a results-driven mindset, you’ll guide creative, strategic, and production teams to deliver work that’s not only fast-paced but flawlessly executed. 

• Lead Motorsport Projects: Oversee end-to-end project management for projects and campaigns, ensuring timely, on-brand execution across all touchpoints. 
• Drive Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and producers to bring campaign concepts to life with clarity and purpose. 
• Bring Automotive Insight: Apply your 5+ years of automotive or performance sports experience to make informed, impactful decisions throughout each project phase. 
• Manage Campaign Lifecycles: Coordinate assets, timelines, and stakeholders, from initial briefing through final delivery, always with an eye on quality. 
• Communicate Fluently: Engage confidently with international teams and clients, ensuring clear alignment and agile responses. 
• Stay Brand-Savvy: Ensure every activation aligns with the brand’s premium image, motorsport heritage, and brand voice. 
• Execute Hands-On: Take a proactive, detail-focused approach to problem solving, ensuring nothing gets lost in the fast lane. 
• Manage Budgets & Resources: Build and track project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure financial accountability throughout every phase. 
• Own Timelines & Milestones: Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and proactively manage deadlines to keep complex campaigns on track.
