ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead team to buy into decisions that requires changing production strategies.

Determine opportunities for intercompany and cross-functional efficiencies such as global warehouse management.

Works in collaboration with the Global Packaging operations leadership as well as with PA and Nonwoven stakeholders.

Generate and manage value engineering projects to optimize value to customers at lowest total costs.

Support global manufacturing productivity and cost savings initiatives and NBS Next initiatives.

Use NBS Next Operational Excellence tools to drive process improvements.

Collaborate with commercial teams, strategic marketing and engineering teams in fulfilling job responsibilities and tasks.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

15 years of relevant experience is required

Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Rich experience in operations and proven leadership success required.

Experience and ability to effectively visualize and communicate with data to all levels of leadership.
-
Ability to lead change using Change Management tools and techniques.
-
International / multicultural experience desired

TRAVEL REQUIRED
Needs to work in Packaging’s Maastricht office several weeks per month with 30% travel including travel to US.
