Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and CRM excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects in collaboration with our business partners
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Manage project budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and change management policies.
Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and Salesforce optimization.
Minimum required Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience, preferably focused on Salesforce implementations.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
Familiarity with CPQ/Revenue Cloud/Agent Force Revenue Management.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
