Remitly Israel (formerly Rewire) is building an international financial services platform for migrants, to help them improve their lives and fulfill their financial potential.

We are based in Tel-Aviv and working hybrid - 3 days a week at the office.

You Will:

  • Lead strategic projects from A-Z; define and measure KPIs, create timelines and manage risks and dependencies independently 
  • Develop program plans including milestones to manage end-to-end project execution and attain project goals within time and scope, all while using industry best practices and methodologies
  • Work with amazing people all across the organization to deliver a successful completion of projects, focusing on collaboration with Business, Marketing, Product, Operations, Legal and Compliance and 
  • Set the program cadence, track its progress and keep a record of everything through a comprehensive documentation
  • Be the focal point for management while creating alignment top-down and bottom-up

You are:

  • Effective communicator. You are comfortable leading meetings, interacting with different seniority levels, motivating people without authority and resolving conflicts
  • Owner. You thrive on responsibility, knowing you are the go-to person for everything that relates to your projects, and most importantly, you enjoy challenges
  • Laser focused. You know how to focus people on what’s important and clarify ambiguous concepts all while paying attention to details and documenting everything 
  • Enthusiastic. You are passionate about the project's potential and progress and can drive others to follow your excitement

You bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience in startups or tech companies collaborating with EU or US team members
  • A proven track record of leading projects with cross-functional teams and executives while working with Business, Marketing, Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Fraud and Operations
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English (90% of work is in English) 

You get bonus points if you have:

  • Financial/legal background in fintech, banking or financial services 
  • Experience working with government agencies, departments and officials in the finance / banking sector
