Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of ESS projects, ensuring successful execution against scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. You will contribute to a broader program of work and require coordination, and delivery discipline across global and cross-functional teams. You will report to the Product Director.

 

What you'll do:

  • Own full lifecycle project delivery (initiation to closure) across multiple workstreams
  • Operate within a global programme structure, aligning delivery to programme milestones and dependencies
  • Manage senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology functions
  • Define and control scope, change governance, and delivery priorities
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including dependencies and critical path
  • Drive financial management including forecasting, budget tracking, and cost optimisation
  • Establish robust risk and issue management with clear mitigation strategies
  • Lead governance including SteerCo reporting, status reporting, and executive updates
  • Ensure delivery meets defined quality standards and business outcomes
  • Proactively remove delivery blockers and improve execution velocity
  • Drive adoption of Agile/Hybrid delivery models where appropriate
  • Lead geographically distributed teams and vendors
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across delivery processes

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within infrastructure and application services delivery
  • PMI/PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience of Agile methodologies
  • Advanced project and programme delivery expertise (Agile, Hybrid)
  • Strong stakeholder management at senior and executive levels
  • Leadership across distributed/global teams
  • Experience with delivery tooling (e.g. Jira)
  • Risk management and governance expertise
