Summary of Position
The Senior Project Manager (PM) supports the larger, interdisciplinary team in producing creative work throughout its entire lifecycle. The PM works in partnership with our marketing colleagues to carry the Teladoc Health brand forward in the digital, print, and experiential space and should have proven experience working across omni-channels, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and scheduling creative resources for marketing initiatives.

Bring new ideas and creative approaches to enhance effective marketing solutions.

Identify the skills and resources within the creative team to deliver initiatives on time on budget, at the highest possible quality.

Deliver quality work that maps back to the business objective and the creative brief.

Work in a flexible, and nimble framework with multiple teams across different time zones.

Dual ability to maintain the broad vision required for executing a project, including strategic thinking, and leadership from beginning to end, as well as the talent for overseeing all the small details that add up to fulfilling our commitment to excellence, and project requirements.

Act as a mentor in aspects of this profession and may have direct reports.

Identify PM-related training needs and provide training (both hard and soft).

Perform project reviews (assess health of project or lead team in doing so), turn troubled projects around, make continuous improvements a priority and be a role model for integrity.

Qualifications Expected for Position

Bachelor's degree with a major in marketing, communications, business or other closely related areas, or matching career experience.

6-10 years of project management experience in advertising or marketing communications in a client-facing role; minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns. Advertising Agency experience a huge plus.

Proven track record in a client-service environment including exposure to clients.

Able to demonstrate proven organizational and project management skills and must be detail oriented.

Ability to develop project scopes involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.

Ensures resource availability and allocation

Ability to develop detailed project plan to track progress

Reports and escalates to management as needed
-
Can provide regular status reporting to track project progress against goals, objectives and timelines.

Has experience working with multi-disciplinary teams (CX, UX, Tech, Creative, PM/AM, Analytics) across remote offices.

Strong presentation skills, and excellent verbal, and written communication skills.

Good understanding of web. print and digital standards.

High EQ and the ability to read what a team needs to help motivate them.

Self-motivated, and driven to build and create great work.

Ability to identify and provide solutions to support project health (scope creep, resource over/under allocation, duration impact)

Has working knowledge of Workfront and/or other project management/resource allocation tools

PMP certification a plus
