About the Role:

As a Senior Project Manager you will be part of the European Project Management team within the Operation depart. You will support our business in Logistics, Supply Chain and IT related projects. . You will have the chance to substantially add value to the growth of our company and the improvement of our business results. In this role you will work closely with many stakeholders, often with a focus on Logistics, Facility and IT.  

Our Headquarter is in Sevenum near Venlo but projects can be executed within Europe on various locations of Redcare Pharmacy. Overall, this position involves both strategic and operational skills and is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager. 

Some examples of previous projects the department executed are setting up completely new facilities including related processes and infrastructure like our Headquarter in Sevenum, our distribution center in Milan (Italy) and in Pilsen (Czech Republic), improving the logistics setup with modern automation solutions or implementing new software systems.

About your Tasks:

  • Responsible for the execution of complex international projects within a dynamic environment
  • Developing project plans, timelines, and ensuring that milestones are met (research, definition, planning, budgeting, risk analysis, scope control, periodic reporting of progress) 
  • Proactively communicating with all (corporate) stakeholders and managing risks and issues 
  • Addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during the project 
  • Coordinating and managing weekly progress on projects 
  • Ensuring project deliverables are met within budget and on time 

Qualifications

About you:

We are looking for a strong personality with excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. You have at least 5 years experience in project management within an international environment. You are resilient and able to adapt to changing circumstances, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive mindset in dynamic environments. 

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree 
  • Willing to carry out projects outside headquarters in the Netherlands and to travel abroad on a regular basis depending on projects
  • Knowledge of Logistic processes, Facility Management, IT Systems
  • You have extensive knowledge of various project management methodologies 
  • Strong language skills in English. German and Dutch is a plus
