The Logistics Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between leadership teams and project teams and applies broad logistics knowledge across Customer Service, Transportation, Customer Supply Chain, and Fulfillment Operations.

The role leads U.S. and Canada logistics initiatives from initiation through execution and transition to base operations. Projects may be enterprise-wide, cross-functional, capital-related, or focused on cost, service, capacity, inventory, and capability improvement.

•  Lead chartered Center Logistics projects from initiation through execution and transition to base operations, including complex, cross-functional, capital, and enterprise-value initiatives.

•  Build and manage integrated project plans connecting milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, decisions, and expected business outcomes.

•  Deliver project objectives and committed milestones on time, within budget and charter constraints, while managing resources to improve execution speed and cost.

•  Drive project management excellence through strong execution rigor, pace, visibility, risk mitigation, and ownership of measurable business outcomes.

•  Provide proactive updates to sponsors and stakeholders on progress, outcomes, risks, contingency plans, recommendations, and decisions required.

•  Use timely escalation, fact-based analysis, and clear articulation of trade-offs to accelerate decisions and minimize timeline slippage.

•  Track and communicate financial, operational, service, capacity, inventory, and capability outcomes for assigned projects.

•  Independently build and interpret financial and scenario analyses, challenge assumptions, and translate results into sound business recommendations.

•  Build strong cross-functional partnerships to align priorities, surface gaps and trade-offs, and establish clear accountability for actions, owners, and due dates.

•  Strengthen capital project management processes with Fulfillment to improve predictability of the Logistics capital forecast.

•  Serve as the Logistics subject-matter expert on business-led projects and provide input to feasibility assessments for business and functional initiatives.

•  Advance individual and organizational project management capability through financial and digital acumen, standard tools, governance, technology enablement, best practices, and participation in the Project Management Community of Practice.

•  High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

•  At least 2 years of project management experience.

•  At least 5 years of Logistics experience in one or more key disciplines.

•  Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional work, manage stakeholders without direct authority, and hold owners accountable to commitments.

•  Strong organizational, planning, written and verbal communication, listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

•  Ability to convert ambiguous business needs into clear plans, decisions, risks, owners, due dates, and measurable outcomes.

•  Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

•  Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in logistics, supply chain, business management, or a technical field.

•  At least 3 years of project management experience and 7 years of Logistics experience across one or more key disciplines.

•  Experience across multiple Logistics disciplines.

•  Strong business process and project leadership skills, with an assertive, diplomatic, self-directed approach and the ability to manage up and down the organization without authority.

•  Experience with capital project delivery, financial analytics, digital enablement, and AI-assisted ways of working.

Workplace type:

The ideal internal candidate will be located in either Alpharetta, GA or Durham, NC; external talent MUST be located in Alpharetta, GA. The Senior Project Manager, Logistics will be in office 3x per week in accordance to the Hybrid 2.0 policy.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone B: $100,300 - $192,500

–Zone C: $91,200 - $175,000
