The Role: 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, contract negotiations, and marketing technology, with proven leadership and project management skills. 

What you will do: 

  • Oversee and track the SVP of Growth Marketing’s overhead budget, including marketing tools and contractors.
  • Collaborate with VPs and Directors to monitor budgets and ensure alignment, working closely with Finance to confirm monthly accruals.
  • Conduct audits to verify costs are allocated to appropriate budgets and projects.
  • Manage and support a Senior Specialist in prioritizing and coordinating legal and privacy reviews of contracts.
  • Partner with internal teams to understand and translate data use cases, business strategies, and marketing requirements into actionable contract needs.
  • Collaborate with legal and privacy teams to negotiate, review, and manage contracts related to data, analytics, audience strategies, advertising, and technology for Paid Media.
  • Provide assistance to the Manager of Audience Strategy with projects, including change management and communications for the launch of third-party tools.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, in-house marketing, or agency roles, including people management.
  • Strong familiarity with contract negotiations in collaboration with legal and privacy teams.
  • Knowledge of advertising platforms and tools such as CMPs, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, LiveRamp, and DSPs (e.g., Google DV360), as well as digital marketing industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have: 

  • Detail-oriented with proven success in financial planning, budgeting, and cross-functional program/change management.
  • Experience working across marketing channels (e.g., social, programmatic, search, CTV) and cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, product, engineering).

Expected Compensation:

Full-time: $140K-$155K/year

Location: This role is based in New York city, with an onsite requirement of 3-4 days per week at 7 Hudson Square.
