The Senior Project Manager at Rogers-O'Brien Construction plays a crucial role in providing on-site direction for all aspects of construction projects. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager leads and develops the project staff, ensuring that projects meet or exceed customer expectations. This role is instrumental in maintaining and developing client relationships, taking the business development lead when necessary, and assembling RFQs and RFPs. Provide on-site direction for all construction aspects to ensure project success and compliance with standards

Skills & Qualifications
· Degree in the field of Construction Science or Engineering are preferred, however not required
· 8-10 years of experience in ground up commercial construction, ground up experience in High Rise, Multifamily, Hotel or Office
· Experience with scheduling software as Primavera & Procore is preferred
· Experience on projects that utilized technologies such as digital plan rooms, BIM or laser scanning
· Preconstruction leadership on potential or negotiated projects
