Senior Project Manager (Grants)

The Opportunity:

The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex, multi-year enterprise-level SaaS implementation projects at Euna Solutions. This role demands a seasoned professional who can balance high-level project governance with hands-on management of detailed implementation processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mastery of agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies, leveraging these frameworks to drive successful outcomes for both clients and the organization.

Serving as a key liaison among executive stakeholders, internal teams, and external clients, the Senior Project Manager collaborates extensively with Implementation, Customer Success, Product, Technical Solutions, and Sales departments. The role is responsible for managing project schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and ensuring that all deliverables meet stringent quality standards.

Beyond project execution, the Senior Project Manager leads process improvement initiatives, develops and refines onboarding methodologies, and models operational metrics to support continuous improvement. Experience with SaaS implementations and public sector projects is highly valued, as it enables the Senior Project Manager to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer outcomes and support Euna Solutions’ mission.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Facilitate advanced project status sessions, resource assignment, and SOW reviews.
• Champion customer retention and platform adoption through proactive engagement and recovery plans for at-risk accounts.
• Mentor Project Managers informally and share best practices across the team.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of onboarding methodologies.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet high standards of quality and align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support internal and external requests.
• Track, analyze, and report on operational metrics and project outcomes. 

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on SaaS or public sector projects.
• Proven success managing enterprise-level projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Cloud Coach).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly analytical and data-driven.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• PMP certification preferred or actively pursuing.
  

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Preferred:

• Experience with grants management systems, public finance technology, or SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with technical integrations and requirements management.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled facilitator
• Team-oriented and comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Adaptable and capable of thriving in ambiguity.
• Additional certifications (Agile, Six Sigma) are nice to have.
  

Location: 
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office.
