As the Senior Project Manager for Learning Systems, you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation and integration of The University at Fresenius Medical Care (Cornerstone Learning). Additionally lead continuous improvement projects post-migration to optimize and enhance the efficiency of learning processes. Key to the success of this role will be interfacing with and building authentic relationships with operational and functional teams in Learning and IT.  

The Senior Project Manager for Learning Systems will be responsible for directing the project resources, creating and maintaining the tasks on the project plan for all projects defined in the portfolio of work. You may also be required to undertake business analysis activities to support the delivery of projects and workstreams. Depending on the size and complexity of the projects, you may manage more than one project at a time

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the implementation and integration of The University at Fresenius Medical Care (Cornerstone Learning). 
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined and assigned. 
  • Direct and oversee project tasks to ensure timely and successful completion. 
  • Conduct business analysis to support project delivery and workstreams.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. 
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives. 
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. 
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status. 
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date. 
  • Problem-Solving, Identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems and challenges that arise during the program lifecycle. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years project management experience implementing Learning & HR Processes and systems.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to gather and interpret requirements.
  • Expert organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expert in project management tools and software, such as Smartsheet.
  • Expert in IT development and management tools such as Jira and Dev Ops.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborative and able to build strong working relationships.
