We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our global finance transformation efforts.

Reporting directly to the Director of Finance Project Management, you will lead critical initiatives supporting a global cloud ERP implementation, operating model alignment, possible M&A integrations, and more.

As the Project Management Office (PMO) representative for EMEA, you will establish and uphold project management standards and practices to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery that meets or exceeds business expectations.

This highly visible role requires exceptional relationship management and collaboration skills, as you will work with global teams across various functions and levels of the organization.

The position is based in the UK and will require flexibility to collaborate with global teams in different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for major programs, from concept through implementation, using established governance and Smartsheet templates.

  • Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage project timelines, particularly focusing on business-critical activities.

  • Partner with Business Owners to prioritize requirements and foster collaborative relationships across business and IT teams.

  • Proactively identify risks, anticipate challenges, and develop creative solutions to ensure project success.

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Recommend and implement project management best practices to enhance the maturity of our Finance Transformation Office.

  • Align projects with broader company initiatives and manage cross-project dependencies.

  • Influence and manage cross-functional team members to achieve project goals, supporting team cohesion and maintaining enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems, Business, Finance preferred); MIS or MBA is a plus.

  • 10+ years of project and program management experience.

  • Proven track record of leading and integrating teams from diverse internal and external organizations across global geographies.

  • Experience with ERP cloud implementations (preferably Oracle Fusion) in a global environment.

  • Familiarity with processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Forecast to Delivery, and Hire to Retire.

  • PMP certification is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of Agile Project Management practices.

  • Working knowledge of business process analysis methodologies and tools.

  • Leadership experience in large cross-functional technology implementations, particularly with Finance, HR, Marketing, or Sales teams.
