We’re looking for a charismatic and highly service-oriented Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for successful project delivery within a specific portfolio or program.

Reporting to the Global Creative Delivery Lead, you will apply your exceptional relationship and organizational skills to deliver marketing campaigns across the globe. You will be accountable for maintaining solid relationships with stakeholders and managing expectations while ensuring that the work is on strategy, on time, and on budget.

Success in this role requires a “relationships first” mindset, deep understanding of the creative process and experience scoping and estimating creative programs within an agency setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in, and seamlessly blend, both Account Management and Project Management. You will be a highly organized individual who can simultaneously track multiple projects/campaigns sponsored by internal client stakeholders and report on the status of all projects. You will possess strong effective written and verbal communication, strong planning skills, and the ability to anticipate problems in advance and develop a plan of action that delivers results and meets the organizations goals.

Let's talk about Responsibilities:

• Manage execution of work on assigned global projects, holding all team members across multiple time-zones, accountable to the delivery of their assigned work, maintaining project SOPs, and adhering to quality control practices.
• Provide accountability, leadership, insights and proactive solutions throughout the lifecycle of each project.
• Proactively track talent needs across projects and solve for unfulfilled gaps or capacity.
• Actively assess and mitigate risk by anticipating potential executional barriers, identifying quality and timeline impacts, and developing possible solutions with appropriate input and collaboration.
• Identify and document changes in scope or workplan and alert stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Effectively create, manage, and monitor scope and project timing
• Resolve executional issues collaboratively, ensuring appropriate team communication and escalation as warranted
• Ability to shift between multiple workstreams and formulate strategic plans/solutions within scenarios.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior talent
• Effectively develop project scopes and estimates
• Assist delivery team as needed
• Lead status meetings as needed to support communication/understanding of executional tasks and processes
• Proactively identify opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies
• Ensure accuracy and consistency aligned to standards of quality
• Acts as a champion of team collaboration and mediator
• Appropriately escalate issues to manager(s)
• Develop understanding of the science, strategic imperatives, and market space of the brand.

Let's Talk about Qualifications and Experience:

• Approximately 5-8 years of experience in creative project management, with proven project management experience in healthcare or a regulated industry environment preferred; agency experience a plus.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end creative development processes and production (digital, print, experiential, etc.) as well as project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time management.
• Motivated, self-starter with clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, on time delivery, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives are a must.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to drive results in a constructive, collaborative manner. Understands necessary interdependencies across teams and disciplines.
• Aspiring to be a master in industry standard business practices and protocols, including compliance.
• Knowledge of the MLR (Medical/Legal/Regulatory) process a plus
• Exceptional relationship building and time management skills.
• Remarkable attention to detail and ability to remain organized.
• Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations.
