Your tasks:

As a Senior Project Manager (f/m/d), you are experienced with large-scale SAP Implementation programs / S4HANA Transformations
-
You lead, plan, and successfully manage deployments in our regions with special focus on Fit/Gap Analysis, Localization, User Acceptance Testing, Go-Live Preparation and Hypercare.

You develop Cutover Strategies and facilitate workshops with central and local stakeholders, including functional/technical experts as well as country management to plan and execute the Cutover

You manage all aspects of the S4/HANA deployment within time, scope, resources, and budget, focusing on specific countries and regions, always in line with global governance, processes, and methodologies

You define business readiness tasks as part of systems integration, cutover, contingency plans, and also do active risk management including setting mitigation actions when necessary

You maintain effective, clear, and precise communication tailored to the target group at all program, management & stakeholder levels

You closely align with the multicultural, international, and interdisciplinary team of deployment team members and enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with your peers
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or comparable studies, with at least 5–8 years of SAP Project Management experience in a large-scale setting.

You have proven experience in large SAP/S4HANA projects and possess excellent skills in IT project management, with deep knowledge of relevant project management tools and methods such as systems integration planning, resource planning, and cutover management.

You have very strong leadership and communication skills, with extensive experience working in an international environment and the ability to adapt to diverse team members with varying expertise.

With your growth mindset and motivation to work in a high-performance and diverse team, you strive to keep things moving effectively.

Professional working proficiency in English is a must-have; additional language skills are beneficial.

Travel up to 50% may be necessary depending on the different project phases.
