Responsibilities- Lead End-to-End Project Lifecycle: Take ownership of multiple, concurrent, rapid-deploy projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Establish Aggressive Timelines: Develop and manage critical path schedules, often with compressed timelines (e.g., 30-90 day turnaround), to meet Waymo's urgent site activation needs.
- Scope Management: Clearly define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identifying potential risks and devising contingency plans.
- Resource Mobilization: Quickly coordinate and mobilize internal ABM resources (Operations, HR, Procurement, Technical Services) and external vendors to ensure readiness for new site launches.
- Client Relationship: Serve as the primary project liaison between ABM leadership, local ABM Site Managers, and Waymo’s expansion/real estate teams.
