Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex, enterprise-wide projects across IT and non-IT domains from initiation through completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Develop and implement project strategies and execution plans to support business continuity and organizational growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify project needs, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate project activities, including communications, documentation, and knowledge transfer, to minimize disruption and maximize stakeholder satisfaction.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of project initiatives.
- Facilitate regular project updates, status reports, and executive briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks and obstacles, developing solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Develop and lead a team of Project Managers, allocating resources wisely and monitoring the team's progress and the portfolio.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of people management experience REQUIRED.
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects within an enterprise or professional services environment.
