Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Extra Low Voltage (ELV) to join our data center project delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Extra Low Voltage systems for large-scale data center projects, driving engineering coordination, procurement, installation, and commissioning. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated group of clients, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure mission-critical facilities meet top-tier quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) packages by developing comprehensive execution plans, managing resources, and proactively resolving technical and commercial issues to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams, and specialist vendors to coordinate system design, eliminate interface conflicts, and drive successful Integrated Systems Testing (IST).

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards by strictly adhering to project Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, and applicable international building codes throughout installation and project close-out.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 12 to 18+ years of experience in Extra Low Voltage (ELV), Information and Communication Technology (ICT), or building systems project management, with a minimum of 5 years in data center or mission-critical environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems and infrastructure, including Building Management Systems (BMS), security systems, fire and life safety interfaces, and data center connectivity.

  • Proven ability in large-scale project leadership, cross-functional stakeholder management, and overseeing mission-critical testing, commissioning, and handover.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline, ideally coupled with a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
