WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team
- Gather, challenge, and clarify business requirements, ensuring they are realistic and aligned with company goals
- Break down complex requests into clear, structured, and prioritized technical tasks
- Facilitate discussions with the development team to identify the best technical solutions and timelines
- Build and maintain easy-to-follow roadmaps that guide delivery and manage expectations
- Prioritize tasks based on business impact, and help stakeholders understand trade-offs and effort involved
- Collaborate closely with marketing, SEO, affiliate, YouTube, and editorial teams to support strategic initiatives
- Ensure project progress is transparent and communicated clearly to all parties
- Continuously optimize workflows, introduce improvements, and remove blockers
- Handle ad hoc initiatives while balancing long-term goals in a fast-changing environment
WHAT WE EXPECT
- 4+ year of experience as an IT Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role working with development teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills—comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions, and aligning expectations
- Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, developer-friendly tasks
- Solid understanding of software development processes, especially Agile
- Confidence in prioritizing work and making trade-off decisions based on value and feasibility
- A proactive approach to solving problems and identifying process improvements
- Strong communication skills (both technical and non-technical), fluency in English
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms
