Gather, compile, and manage Scope 1 & 2 Energy data from internal and external sources, including site submissions, utility data, invoices, and manual entries
Perform data sanitation, validation, and reconciliation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of emissions data
Prepare annual Scope 1 & 2 GHG inventories on time per corporate reporting deadlines
Conduct invoice checks and data quality reviews to identify and reduce errors in data entry and processing
Support execution of Scope 1 & 2 SOP data validation controls and internal governance requirements
Coordinate with site teams, Operations Sustainability, EHS, Facilities, and corporate teams to resolve data gaps, anomalies, and reporting issues
Align Scope 1 & 2 data reporting with both country-specific regulatory and corporate requirements
Improve data accuracy through structured data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation processes
Maintain documentation and evidence required for internal reviews, audits, and assurance activities
Partner with Sustainability Analytics and Reporting teams to support audit readiness and external disclosures
Contribute to development and updates of sustainability SOPs, data templates, and guidance documents
Identify opportunities to improve data reliability, efficiency, and scalability of sustainability reporting processes
What you will need:
BS ,B. Tech or equivalent and 10+ years of relevant work experience
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Management, or a closely related discipline.
Experience related to sustainability, carbon emissions accounting, or corporate responsibility preferred
Experienced in data verification and audits
Articulate and effective communicator in both writing and presentation
PMP or equivalent preferred
