About your role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation through to completion, working with the Infosys Consulting clients in KSA. Your role involves planning, leading, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Typically, you will have a strong track record of Project Planning and Execution, Stakeholder Management, Budget and Cost Control and demonstrate a very detailed understanding of processes around Risk Management and Quality Assurance with large and complex global organisations.

· Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
· Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
· Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
· Post graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, IT).
· At least one full cycle project delivering AI enabled transformation in the field of ecommerce, customer lifecycle management or customer services
· Proven experience (minimum 10+ years) in project management across multiple industry sectors including consumer goods and retail.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and working with senior stakeholders (directors and above) in client organisations
· PMP certification is a plus.
