What You'll Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple commercial drywall projects from award through closeout, ensuring successful execution, profitability, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution strategies
  • Review contracts, estimates, and project scope
  • Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and productivity
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, billings, and project closeout
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Partner with estimators, field leadership, and executive management to ensure seamless project execution
  • Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and support staff
  • Promote Tricon's commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced commercial construction environment and has a proven record of delivering successful projects while building strong client relationships.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • 10+ years of commercial drywall construction experience
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Strong financial, contractual, and operational management skills
  • Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and profitability
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to mentor and develop project teams

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, QuickBid, On-Screen Takeoff, and Microsoft Office
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • BIM and/or LEED experience

Skills Required

  • 10+ years of commercial drywall construction experience.
  • Strong financial and contractual management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, billings, and closeout.
  • Regular travel to construction sites and ability to perform active jobsite work (PPE use, climb stairs/ladders, lift up to 25 lbs.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • BIM and LEED experience.
